Unit Type 02

There are two types of units at the Convivial Middle: generous units with flex spaces in the existing building and condensed units with shared amenities in the new addition. Unit type 02 exist in the new addition and follows a different type of sharing between the tenants. However, it is supplemented by the commons— a middle level between the old and new, which provides storage, communal living room, a guest suite and a patio.
