Unit Type 01

There are two types of units at the Convivial Middle: generous units with flex spaces in the existing building and condensed units with shared amenities in the new addition. Unit type 01 exist in the older building. Here, the tenant is afforded the flexibility to subdivide the space as needed, creating an open floor plan with moments of specificity imposed by the tenant, not the owner or the architect.
